  1. Anyone bros knows how do I export all my contacts in gmail to another gmail accounts? I tried followings the below instructions. When I click save file, they says "Gmail contacts couldn't be downloaded" Where went wrong? Thanks ======================================= Exporting Gmail contacts You can quickly export your Gmail Contacts list into a CSV file. Here's how: 1.Sign in to Gmail. 2.Click Contacts along the side of any Gmail page. 3.From the More actions drop-down menu, select Export.... 4.Choose whether to export all contacts or only one group. 5.Select the format in which you'd like to export your contacts' information. Please note, some of these formats can lose some contact information. ◦To transfer contacts between Google accounts, use the Google CSV format. This is the recommended way to back up your Google Contacts. ◦To transfer contacts to Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, or various other apps, use the Outlook CSV format. ◦To transfer contacts to Apple Address Book, use the vCard format. 6.Click Export. 7.Choose Save to Disk then click OK. 8.Select a location to save your file, and click OK. Depending on the requirements of the program to which you're exporting your contacts from Gmail, you can easily edit the file to fit your needs.
  2. Have long have you guys been using it? Is it a fake or genuine face-lift? Or part of some hackers' plot?
  3. Thinking of switching to S3 soon. I already my gmail synced previously when setting up the accounts in Settings -> Mails/contacts/calender. But it only sync notes, calendar + mail. It has no option to sync my contacts straightaway. After I did some reading, if u choose the option of setting up Microsoft Exchange account but use your gmail address and login after adding m.google.com to the server, u can sync calendar, contacts and mail. BUT it doesn't sync my notes. Is there a workaround for this problem? Am i doing anything wrong? Or should i manually just export the contacts to Win 7 contacts then just export to gmail when i get it? Any advice?
  4. Made payment for credit card bill today and realised too late that 20 plus purchases made online for Android Apps were actually fradulent. I had warned my son before to be careful and prudent with any Apps purchases. Upon taking a closer look at the statement, I found out that the purchases we made over a few days in February and when asked, my son denied any knowledge of them. Checking his Samsung G2 tonight, I knew he had told the truth. 95% of his Android Apps are all free. Logging in to his Gmail account and checking the history, I found 2 IP addresses which were *unknown. Damage for hacked account and subsequent fradulent use = S$200+. Thank goodness! Hurriedly cancelled the credit card record in Google Wallet and also changed the Gmail password. Most of the transactions were for buying credits for dunno what Zombie Killer game.
