As someone without mental support from family/friends, I find myself drowning in a sea of frustration/anger/saddness with only a half-inflated safely vest with no hopes of clear dry land in sight in all 360 degree... If you are like me, how do you vent your frustration/anger/saddness? But...maybe everyone else has some form of mental support either from family or friends. Except me of course. On my facebook I look like the happiest guy ever to my friends...but what they do not know is that sometimes I look at my own facebook or picture, I don't recognise the person that is me in the picture. That picture of me smiling and looking happy...I dont look that way during those times when I think no one is looking. I can only say my prayers every morning hoping the wrongs can be made right. Sorry and pls pardon my whining...I am just tired and sicked of sucking it up but yet I must. I am just doing everything and bearing whatever the world throw at me for the sake of my daughter.

After being sent off at HT against Arsenal, Cole was certainly looking to make amends yesterday against Trabzonspor. His through ball to Babel led to the only goal of the game just before HT and that seems to have reversed his fortune. However, when Lucas was brought down in the box early in the second half, Cole stepped up to take the penalty but alas, it was saved by their outstanding keeper. Reina is looking to make things right as well and he did just that. A brilliant save from him to deny Trabzonspor their only clear cut chance in the 2nd half. Jovanovic continues to impress with his workrate and his keeness to run and take on defenders. Poulsen showed why Roy had said that he is not here to replace Mascherano - simply because there is no way he can do that. His style is much more like Alonso but without the vision and range of passes. To be honest, his debut was just ordinary. Kelly impressed too. Johnson really have to do well to keep his starting place. Overall, the team performance was pretty dismal in the first half. Apart from the goal which actually arised from a mistake by the opposition that created the opening for Cole to exploit, we are simply dull. Conceding possession cheaply and not pressing the opposition at all. We really makes them looks like Arsenal. Perhaps was the goal that calmed the nerve or Roy gave them an inspiring half time talk, the team lifted themselves in the second half. Played better and sustained pressure at the opposition half but unfortunately, nothing to show for their effort. Torres was on from start of second half but he is clearly still lacking match fitness. However, even a half fit Torres is causing problems for their rear guards. A 2-0 lead would be more comfortable to take to Turkey next week. The small portion of away fans were making hell lots of noise at Anfield. I am expecting a very hostile environment over there. We are still favourite to go through but Roy might have to throw in Gerrard and Torres from the start. For info, Roy made 7 changes to the line-up against Arsenal. However, I can bet with my last dollar, not a single press is going to comment about his "rotation" and his audacity to rest Gerrard totally.
