Transcab taxi VS Audi A6: A clash of egos on the expressway
thatJDMahboy posted a blog entry in MyAutoBlog
Transcab taxi drivers are notorious for their driving behaviour among the various taxi companies. It is an impression that the public has developed over time, which I couldn't agree more. Here's why: Warning: This video contains excessive flashing lights. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, please do not watch the video What Happened? In the TikTok video posted by the cam bike, a Transcab taxi furiously chases an Audi A6 down an expressway. From the cam bike's speedometer, the Transcab taxi and the Audi A6's speed was approximately 100km/h or above. While pursuing the Audi A6, the Transcab repeatedly flashes his high beam at the A6 for a prolonged period. The taxi driver's flashing rate was so fast that he might as well have turned on his high beam. NGL, regardless of what may have happened off-cam, the Transcab driver's actions suggest that he was itching for a fight with the Audi driver. Lane 4 Is The New Lane 1 With all this unnecessary drama and 'road hogging' on lane 1, a black car (who obviously couldn't give two shits) tore down lane 4 of the expressway at high speed. Judging from the cam bike's speedometer, I am not surprised if the black car was travelling at 120km/h or faster. Netizens' Comments 🤷♂️ Here you go! Just leaving this here for context. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news, and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. Join us today! -
While some of us who are working from home can stay in bed longer in this cool weather, others who have to go into the office had to brave the thunderstorm this morning (23 June 2020). Certain parts of Singapore experienced flash floods and there were plenty of videos and photos being shared around. For those who hasn't seen any of those, here are some of the 'highlights' from SG Road Vigilante and other sources. The Tanah Merah/Bedok area seemed to have had it especially bad. We were impressed most of the traffic still continued on their way despite the flood water at Upper Changi Rd. It is believed that it gotten deeper and a few cars ended up stranded soon after. af509655-736f-4915-b2d6-be4f95587fd7.MP4 Jurong East also had some issues with the flash flood too.

between a Nets cash card and a Nets Flash card. I use a Nets Flash Card in the payment thingy on my car windscreen and for some reason a few car parks won't accept it and I keep getting the message 'place card in reader' or something. Other car parks accept the Flash card no problem.

http://dai.ly/x15csdh Flash floods, seemingly, are increasingly common on our land stripped island. From the views of many pictures, and videos in some cases, we can safely say that we will never want to be in that situation. Imagine the muddy water that climbs to the height of your wheel arches and penetrates your cabin. Then, it kills your engine, and leaves you (and your car) in the middle of the road (which should look more like a lake by then) like a sitting duck. Then again, there are the more adventurous sort among us, as proven by the video. This man in Colorado met with a flash flood. However, he didn't quite believe what he saw and decided to take on the treacherous waters. Jump to the video to see who emerge winner in the end.

Was buying tickets at Shaw last Friday when I spotted Kaykay, the famous singaporean blogger!! She walked past me and walked up red carpet to this huge red and black DBS booth and tapped her phone.... When suddenly this huge flash mob appeared from nowhere!! Screaming fans, bouncers, red carpet ladies... it was utter chaos for a while haha Kaykay looked a bit embarrassed. Anyway apparently Kaykay won 5 IMAX tickets just by tapping her phone and downloading mobile coupons. After that of course I went up to tap my phone (which Singaporean won't want free stuff right) and won a popcorn combo It's a DBS One Tap thing that needs an NFC-enabled phone, which means samsung s3, blackberry etc... Was anyone else at Shaw last friday?? Did you guys win anything?

They act as Adobe Player prompt you to update the flash player but its actualee a virus acting as Adobe Player. I have not update it since then and right now i am having problem watching beedeo and flash stuff in my ping guo air. It stated 'blocked plug in' whenever i went into youtube to watch beedeo. The flash player will again ..prompt me to update latest version in order to view. Anyone using Mac devices can enlighten is it safe to do so now? Kam Xia~

Adobe pulls plug on Flash for mobile Posted: 10 November 2011 0615 hrs Photos1 of 1 http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/tec...164453/1/.html#http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/tec...164453/1/.html#2 NEW YORK: US software maker Adobe pulled the plug Wednesday on its Flash player for mobile browsers, which Apple's late chief executive Steve Jobs refused to allow on the iPhone and iPad. Adobe announced in a blog post it would concentrate future development efforts on the HTML5 format, which was favoured by Jobs over the Flash player widely used to view videos online. "However, HTML5 is now universally supported on major mobile devices, in some cases exclusively," Adobe general manager of interactive development Danny Winokur said in a blog post. "This makes HTML5 the best solution for creating and deploying content in the browser across mobile platforms. "We will no longer continue to develop Flash Player in the browser to work with new mobile device configurations following the upcoming release of Flash Player 11.1 for Android and BlackBerry PlayBook," he added. Winokur said he was "excited" about the move, and vowed to work with companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft and RIM "to drive HTML5 innovation they can use to advance their mobile browsers." In contrast to the iPad, tablet computers powered by Android, the operating system from Google, and the PlayBook from RIM are capable of running Flash and this ability has been touted as a selling point by their manufacturers. Adobe's Flash announcement came a day after the San Jose, California-based company said it was cutting 750 jobs, nearly eight percent of its workforce. The firm said it was eliminating the positions in North America and Europe as part of a restructuring that will see Adobe devote more resources to digital media and marketing. Besides Flash, other well-known Adobe products include Photoshop and Adobe Reader, which manages PDF files. Adobe shares were down 8.76 percent at $27.76 on Wall Street in mid-day trading on Wednesday.

Sorry if this has been discussed before. so can iOS run adobe flash? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unless we have all slipped into a different dimension it appears that some how Adobe Flash content will start to become available on all iOS devices (without jail-breaking, hacking or any other tomfoolery). Apple's big announcement regarding the coming of Final Cut X is playing second fiddle to Adobe's latest bombshell which is that they will be adding support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) to their Flash Media Server. HLS is in fact an Apple developed technology which they have used to stream live or pre-recorded video and audio content to Macs and iOS devices already. Apple have even submitted it to become an internet standard. Adobe's new found support for this technology means companies and content providers who deal either primarily or exclusively in Flash based video content, (and there are a lot of them) will be able to get their content onto the millions of iOS devices already out there with no re-encoding or extra leg work required on their part. Steve Jobs has been quoted bad mouthing Flash for some time now, "We have routinely asked Adobe to show us Flash performing well on a mobile device, any mobile device, for a few years now. We have never seen it." He also speaks of its poor battery performance and it being a poor mobile performer in general. Of course Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen didn't take too kindly to these comments, calling them

hi all bros! I was driving along Boon Lay Way today and for some reason I did not notice the 'Speed Camera Ahead 70 km/h' signboard. So I was driving around 92km/h until I saw the actual speed camera device, then tapped my brakes hard. I did not remember if my car managed to slow down enough to under 80km/h, but there was certainly no flash, so I was reassuring myself with my friends in car who were saying 'no flash should be ok'. but another of my friend said that 'speed camera is different from red light camera which whether daytime or nighttime also have flash; speed camera daytime no flash, nighttime got flash' So ... who is correct ? Speed camera daytime no flash, only nighttime ? Also, if the speed cam at Boon Lay Way an active camera ? how many points if I kena the speed camera ?
