anyone facing fees problems when your broadband internet contract reaches maturity?
eg, I had to pay a termination fee to SH when my contract matured ... but they waived it after they called me.
what about the subscription fee following the maturity of your contract ?
eg, special fee of $40 (after 60% discount) but last day is 31 Mar ... then when you bill come for Apr, you find out they started billing you for the full rate of $100/mth.
I am still waiting for my SH bill to see because I did lapse a few days after the maturity as I was waiting for the landline to be ported.
