  1. We can all agree on one thing; it is important to have seat comfort in your car! Just think about it this way: when you drive, you're spending all the time in your car seat, so that car seat has to be comfortable and suitable for you. However, when choosing a car seat, there are several choices you can make. Leather or fabric car seats are the most popular choices. Anyhow, the real question here is ' ' Are car seats in leather better than fabric '? ' And, we're here to discuss all of this. So, let's no longer waste time and get straight to business. Let's see the leather and fabric car seats ' advantages and disadvantages. I prefer fabric seats myself as it is not as hot as leather. But the thing about fabric is that it gets dusty very quickly. So usually I will standby a magic clean duster to dust away from the dust.
  2. hi, anyone know where to buy sheets of fake leather fabric? i need to buy some to repair my sofa which is torn due to dog sratching. i know there is one in motorcycle seat business but i guess they need the stock so properly mark up the price.
  3. Hey guys! I suddenly found a stain on my beige interior car roof. Not sure how it got there and I was thinking if you guys have any suggestions/proven methods on how to remove it without any risks of adding more stains? Googled and there were some mixed reviews on baking soda, vinegar etc. Thank you!
  4. Hi, need you help! My fabric car seat was quite dusty. I have tried to use those normal car vacuum cleaner to vacuum the seat, but no use at all. Pls advise me how to clean the dust. Thanks!
  5. Hi all, I am a new Avante owner. During the point of purchase, I decided to go with fabric seats as I thought the leather seats of the test drive vehicle felt stiff and uncomfortable. The fabric one was much softer and had lots of cushion so I thought it was an unnecessary waste of money to change. Now I'm thinking of changing to leather seats some time soon. I realized the fabric seats tend to absorb my sweat in the hot weather, inevitably, which I found quite disgusting. I can imagine how the seats will smell after a long period of time. Overall, I feel quite comfortable with fabric seats unless the weather is hot. Having said that, I have two questions: 1. Those car owners with fabric seats: how do you maintain your seats such that they won't smell and get dirty? Is there a chemical to spray and clean the seats? Do you put a cushion/seat pad (like taxi drivers) on the seats such that the seats be dirtied? If so, where can you get them? 2. Should I change to leather seats now or in the future? If I were to change now, what is the market price of a full set of leather seats? Anyone got good lobangs to recommend? Thanks in advance for your input!
  6. Anyone know where I can get the 3M Auto fabric protector from or other brands that provide a similar product. Thanks.
