Saw this powerful quote from someone who post this on Facebook and decided to share. In life every thing we want to be equal, but there are some less privileged human who are being dropped out to being not enjoying as much as others if everything else being equal. So perhaps at times we actually neglected those who are far worst off then us and we should actually provide them not just equal opportunity but lend a helping hand to help them succeed. What say you guys?

I'm sick of the girls in my office. Always say or do something in favour to them. Want guys to initiate everything, do everything, be it work or personal life. If don't do the way they want, they will ask if you are a guy or not. During work they are busy and keep complaining, then if I help is a must-do thing. If I never help they bad-mouth me. If I'm busy they relax, they just keep quiet, if I say them they will say they very busy and tired already. Whatever they do and their thinking is correct, mine is always wrong. Guy must do this do that, else is pussy. Then when it comes to society status and work promotion etc, they will say both gender are equal and must be treated equally. Can't stand their BS...

What do you guys think about this? http://www.theonlinecitizen.com/2013/11/kickstart-of-campaign-for-lgbt-workplace-equality/ Last year, Lawrence Wee brought a suit against his former employer Robinson’s in Singapore. He alleged that he was harassed into leaving his job because Lawrence is gay. Concerned that the law is ambiguous, Lawrence is now asking the High Court to judge whether Article 12 of our Constitution, which guarantees all persons equal protection of the law should also apply to people on the basis of their sexuality. Article 12(2) of the Constitution states that “…there shall be no discrimination against citizens of Singapore on the ground only of religion, race, descent or place of birth in any law…” Lawrence, who worked at Robinson’s for six years before he was sacked, believes that people should be allowed to prove their worth at work, without fear that an immutable characteristic does not become a millstone around their neck. The campaign team estimates that the court costs, lawyers’ fees and sundry expenses, as well as the costs of campaigning will come up to be about S$30,000 which is the set target funds to be raised.
