Hi if let's say an owner have 3 cars registered under 3 insurance companies under his name then 1 of the car involves in accident of hitting a taxi in the back so the taxi claim that car which is driven by the named driver not owner at time of accident then does the next insurance hike affects all 3 cars under the owner or it only affects that car involve in the accident? TIA

Hi all, just bought a 2nd hand car and will collect it next week. Just to check a few enquires so pls bear with me: 1) How long will it take to transfer the ownership of the car to my name? The dealer said they will need to hold onto my IC for a few days to complete the ownership at LTA, is there such a thing? 2) The insurance premium which I am quoted of an estimation of 2.5K per annum. Do I have to pay the entire sum of 2.5K in one shot when I collect the car on the day? 3) I did a check on the road tax expiry and found out it will expire in about 3 months. Will the LTA send me a letter to renew it when it's due? Or do i have to go down LTA on the day of collection? Thanks.

Hi... now looking for private intructor for my OC. But just found that Class 3A is accepted in SIngapore ONLY. And cannot convert to international license or not able to drive in Malaysia.... Is this True? Can anyone advise?

hi gurus, bros, sis, I'm goin for my inspection soon. i need to know that if my wheels/rims is protuding slightly , out of my fenders will i have any issue to pass the inspection? I think my offset is slightly out.. i think ard 0.5 inchers anyone got such expriences? can help a newbie like me.. many tks regards

Dear bros, i do not have much knowledge on these areas and seek your help to enlighten me. recently my mom told me she would get me a new car if i grad with my degree. and we settled on the cheapest boxster or any car within or lower than that price range. my parents had always tell me to pay such things in full(house,car) but i had a friend who told me its stupid, because i am so called "stuck" with my ride for the next 10 years whereas others who pay on loan do not have this "burden" because in singapore everyone changes car every few years. is this true? secondly, i just got my license slightly over a year ago and bought my current humble 1.4 ride on the day i passed itself with insurance at around 3k and now being my 2nd year, its 2k+. if over the next 2yrs i do not get into any accident that will affect my NCD, probably how much will my insurance cost if i go for the boxster? is there any way to tell in the first place? lastly, are there any other cars that are in the some region in terms of power with the cheapest boxster? but its not a soft top? i know its a lengthly post. ur help is very much appreciated.

brought my car for a machine wash a shell yesterday and when for some games at safra, when coming back to start the car my car wont start and a misfired occured at the exhaust system. Any idea what causes the problem? when the engine finally start after a long crank . the engine isnt smooth in running and need to press oil in order to let the engine run and this last for 2 mins before i can let go of my accelerator.
