Anyone has lobang for season parking at Ayer Rajah Crescent blk 67,71,73,79? Willing to pay. The carpark rates are going to double due to recently opened Timbre+ Food place. Really ridiculous. Now parking is as expensive as in CBD.

Borneo Motors Singapore plans to redevelop its Pandan Crescent property into an eight-storey complex housing various motor businesses. Borneo Motors Singapore (BMS) has revealed plans to redevelop its Pandan Crescent property into an eight-storey complex. The new project will be used to house its various motor vehicle businesses. Experts in the field estimated the project to cost around $40 million. BMS is the distributor for automotive brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Suzuki and Hino. It is part of Inchcape Group of the United Kingdom and has its flagship complex located at 33 Leng Kee Road - where it houses Toyota and Lexus showrooms. The Pandan Crescent property is currently used to house the showroom for Suzuki cars, as well as the company's bodywork and paintshop facilities. The Business Times reported that the new project will start by this mid-year. Meanwhile, retail business for Suzuki will be shifted to a ground floor unit at Ubi Megamart from May.

I am looking for this impatient aunty who took the same lift as me, my wife and 2yr old son at BLK 982 Buangkok Crescent Food court 10am today. Firstly, while we were wait for the lift to reach 2nd floor, you brush aside my wife and stand in front of the lift. Secondly, you close the lift door while my son is entering. I am still outside the lift and used my hand to block the lift door. Maybe you didnt notice my stare on you. Thirdly, my son scared of the lift door closing on him rush to my wife who is carrying 2 packet of hot kopi. It spill on the back of his head and back causing him to scream. Fourth, instead of helping..you walk off even I shouted at you. Dont turn back and act blur nothing have happened. You were lucky I was busy tending to my son burn. If you are in a rush to go home lou sai or die, pls use the staircase since its only 2 storey. Or jump down from second storey if you are in such rush. Sorry for venting my anger here but those staying at Buangkok Crescent pls be on the lookout for this aunty age ard 40+ when you taking lift with your young ones. If you anyone happen to know this aunty pls let me know as I want to know whats her problem and give her a piece of my mind. Thanks.

bros & sis, just wondering any of u witness the accident between a hyundai avante & a toyota white van yesterday(30/5)ard 1555hrs along woodlands crescent. just a minor accident lah, but had some prob with the insurance claiming. it was a two way road with only one lane on each side, and i was turning into the open carpark on the opposite side. i signal my intention, slowed to 20-30km, checked blind spot and prepared to turn. at this instance, a white toyota van moving at quite a high speed w/o any warning overtake from my right into the opposite lane. i tried to tilt back immed, but my right front fender still kanna, as i was already turning a bit liao. got down immed to clarify with the van owner but his 1st remarks is i did not signal and my signal light was not on after the incident. my colleague was in the car at that moment and she verified that i did signal(just that the signal auto off when i tilt back to my original path after seeing the van coming behind me at quite a fast speed),but as she is inside my car,she couldn't b my witness. therefore hope that any1 who happen to c this happening, pls PM me to discuss this matter pls. although the repair cost is only few hundreds dollars, but i just want to justify the matter lor. thanks -
