  1. Hi, Need some help here. My taillight bulb has blown and need a replacement. Read the menu for the part number which says 12/5w. The ones I found are T10. Are the connectors supposed to be universal? Also getting standby bulbs for my dome and passenger lights. Your advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  2. Yesterday i jogged/walked along the park connectors next to the canal from Bradell Rd Bridge (next to Delgro depot) all the way passed PIE near St Andrew School there and ended up at Bendemeer Bridge.... the connectors are shady and as it was hightide, the water was full to the brim.... i could imaging pple having those Oxford/Cambridge, or Yale/Harward row-boat race down the canal, or dragon boats race it was quiet and i met only a few mei mei joggers, a few cyclists, few old men resting/smoking at the benches.... didnt know sgp still has such idylic spots one part has HUDC flats behind some matured trees on the other side of the canal..... very tranquil and peaceful (potong pasir estate) Anyone knows other such park connectors which have some old-charm and relaxed atmosphere? I ever cycled from Pasir Ris park to tampines town centre using the connectors.... not bad but as the estates are newer, so the feel is different
  3. Found this nice product sellling and it looks good. Comes with the Bosch 15733 Universal O2 sensor from Amazon. Here is a video on how to use it. Might be worth the while for the DIYers to get their hands on these great things. You can order them online. http://www.posi-lock.com/ The Posi-Twist is a variation of it. Splice 3 or more wires together.
  4. regarding DIY joining of wires: most installers, when joining, say, 2 speaker wires together, would use "clips" of some sort. i notice the clip contact points are some grey-coloured metal material, not sure what they are. what do you think of this method, as compared to, say: twisting both ends of the wires together, and taping it up i suppose these cheap clips aren't of wonderful material, and twisting copper wires together give the best contact, right? are there inexpensive clips available of higher quality that provides the ease of clipping together with the reliability of material? does anyone DIY power cable connection to battery + terminal? i've got a clip but it's of the wrong size/shape. not sure what would be suitable - apparently my clip, which looks like a loop that can be clamped into the + terminal, is too thick in material, and the hole of the loop is too large. so gotta look for something thinner and smaller .. i suppose sim lim would have such a thing, but not sure if any1 knows the technical name of this piece, or the sizing, so that i could ask specifically for it at simp limp ...
