Where got reasonably price service to clean and reseal the headlight. Notice some condensation on the inside face of the transparent casing... before my ballast goes kaput. TIA.

Hi bros, i noticed my headlamps have some condensation especially during rainy weather. I was told due to cold air against the heat of the lights plus the headlamps are not vacuum tight, etc, creating condensation. Is this normal ? My car is 1 day old , so ... quite concerned. thanks!
