Hi bros forumers, Need some advice regarding spalling concrete and paint flaking in my kitchen. Have engage the town council maintenance people to take a look and was told that my neighbour on top had a leaking water pipe.....which causes all this spalling concrete and paint flaking......and was told that i need to pay 50% of the total bill to repair this. But the thing is that even my kitchen cabinet was damaged by this incident and also there are mould which are growing at the false ceiling in my living room.....now at the loss on what to do ....any advices would be appreciated....
