Compare to other countries, its way too high? 2) Is there any bench-mark citing how much is the MAXIMUM each of them are able to draw? Else, every year there will be an increase? 3) Justify the "Performance" work done for the reason of the increase Frankly speaking, in my opinion, i am not justified with why the president can get such an increase 4) From the annual pay which we have looked as above, does it include 13th bonus and other incentives ,etc? Are these the total sum of money they got or are there any hidden? 5) One last question: Do they pay Taxes? Do they pay COE for their car? Note: I am trying to be neutral in my post.
