  1. My BMW 730i chauffer experience (AMM event) 19th July 2008 Reported to Shangri La Hotel (Command Post) for work at 2.30pm. Collected my two umbrellas, one tissue box and docket which contains one tie, cash card, Shell petrol card, BMW booklet and job sheets. A 19 man bus took us to Home Team Academy (HTA) to collect our brand new BMW 730i. Mine clocked 28km on the odometer only. Proceeded to C&P Pandan rd office to wash car, damn the china workers, took 20mins to wash one car. After washing drove to Shang for briefing on Botanic Garden dinner dry run. Realised my car was the spare car for the spare car. They are damn kiasu becos of the previous MY PM incident. On the dry run, fetched the Asean Delegate driver ard the route to be taken and then drove to Ministry of Foreign Affairs carpark. Being a Sat nite, there were wedding dinners, we were chased out of Shang and told to come back at 11pm. Went for coffee break wif other drivers to Queensway hawker. Drove the 730i back to Shang and finished work at 11.30pm. 20th July 2008 Reported to Shang at 7.30am, damn tired man but have to look fresh. Sit ard the command post and basically do nothing. At 6.30pm, drove my 730i to MFA carpark to standby as the main divers drove the delegates to Botanic Gardens for their dinner. The spare drivers took a leisure walk to Taman Serasi food court for dinner and chit chat till 9.30pm. We walked back to MFA carpark abt 10pm and drove back to Shang to park our 730i. Finished work at 10.30pm. 21st July 2008 Reported to Shang at 7.30am, still very tired. Again sit ard command post doing nothing. At 10am, given assignment to go to HTA and collect another 730i at 12noon. One guy drove the four of us to HTA and collected another four brand new BMW 730i. The other two drivers already got assignment to fetch a delegate from airport after collecting the car. Another driver and me drove to Pandan Gardens for lunch and back to C&P Pandan rd for car wash. After long washing again, drove the car back to Shang and park. This one not my car, so handed the car keys back at command post. Saw a few drivers were sleeping in their BMW, I too took a nap in my 730i from 4pm till 6pm when my frens called me up for dinner. We walked to Orchard Towers 4th level for dinner. Cheap but pretty tasteless dinner. Enjoyed the view of the ladies at the massage parlors but mostly not very pretty ones. Attended the dry run briefing for Istana dinner. This dry run was a complete failure cos of comms breakdown. Had to re-do the next day. Finished work at 12.30am!!! 22nd July 2008 As usual, reported to Shang ard 8am. This time really damn shag out. While the ops guys were planning the route for tonite
