  1. I tried myself n been told and also read everywhere that MF cloth is mostly used for buffing off wax finishes and chamois is more of a water suction mop to dry yr car after car wash. Since a cloth is a cloth n all cloth can be used to dry up a wet car, does anyone here actually uses MF cloth to dry instead of chamois. I find that MF cloth doesnt leave strands of fibres behind and is smoother than chamois[mostly]. I havent tried every type of chamois just a few so far and it seems that the most expensive is autoglym chamois selling at $24 per piece What do you guys use for drying yr car? MF or chamois and which brand do you use

    Chamois...

Hi All this may seem kind of stupid of me, but wat's the proper way to use a chamois cloth? just wipe like a cloth or put it flat and pull along the surface? find it very difficult to wipe, like rubber rubbing against rubber
  3. First time using this kinda drying cloth that has to be kept in a plastic container, so a few questions to ask. Is it a need to soak the synthetic chamois in warm water first? Every single time before using or just once? Claims to be streak free, but the last chamois that i used (slightly different, didn't come in a plastic container) wasn't streak free.
  4. I brought this back from a small little town at Jarkata.I will be back to grab more.. is only $2.50 nia for 360mm x 240mm..I will buy some back for those Bros who are interested..
  5. Not sure hv anyone try the both the Autoglym Chamois Leather or Mictopak WW drying towels? Which is better in term of absorbing water and lesser scratch? Current i am using the Autoglym Synthetic Chamois Leather .. find it quite good but wl also like to try out the WW dring towel ...
  6. Chucked the chamois to drying the rims. I'm using microfibre cloth for drying the body. The results are fantastic. Much better than chamois. Washing it in the washing machine cleans it up fast and I got a clean cloth to use again. Chamois gets dirty and the dirt is very difficult to remove. Even those synthetic ones are a pain to clean. You all should try it! Use MF cloth for your drying needs!

    Chamois Prices

Hey All, would like to know the prices of real chamois leather in Singapore. I saw a piece 2.5 ft long that is selling for US$9.99, is that cheap or I can get cheaper in Singapore. Thanks
