  1. My recommendation to be stickied with the top post. http://ejelta.com/tiresize/index.html It is very flexible. For example, I will use the Aveo as an example: The stock 13" tires on the Aveo are 155/80-13. So to link the page to someone so that he can decide what tires to use on the Aveo will be: http://ejelta.com/tiresize/index.html?tiresize=155/80-13 For more information on how to link see here: http://ejelta.com/tiresize/linking.html
  2. While teaching Math to our girl last night, we reminised about this game which we used to play when we were in our late Pri school. Wanted to search online if this calculator is still being sold, but someone already had made it into a online game. Pretty cool. Nothing compared to games of this day, but a good game to teach fast additions. Casio calculator invader game Play the game here

  5. Hi all, There is this scenario of upsizing a default stock tyre size from 195/60R15: The info gathered http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp is this: For 195/60R15, the speed is 100Km/h For 205/55R16, the speed is about 97.3Km/h (2.726% slower) For 225/55R16, the speed is about 95.6Km/h (4.538% slower) But when I compare with another site at: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tirecalc.php , the result is different: For 195/60R15, the speed is 104.61Km/h For 205/55R16, the speed is about 107.48Km/h For 225/55R16, the speed is about 109.35Km/h So who is correct? or I did it wrongly? Thank you. Regards,

  7. Pai seh pai seh... This might have been asked till death, and I have done my searches but cant find a suitable calculator for this. I am also not familiar with the calculation mechanisms and parameters... Has anybody used excel to do a calculator for 2nd hand car (mostly what I see is for new cars) where we can pump in offered price, downpayment, COE, OMV, transfer fees, interest, and the necessary charges like xfer fee, insurance, road tax (did I miss out anything), etc and get to know the: - 1. Installment per mth 2. Total TCO for 1st year (which would be 12 x installments PLUS all the other figures which we input) 3. Break-even (I know this calculator exist in this forum) Thanks in advance... *keywords: calculator calculate count TCO fee installment
  8. Hi all, I'm upgrading my 15" rims to 16" and need to know what size tires to fit them. I entered my current wheel/tire info (185/65-15) into the ejelta calculator and it churned out a list of results sorted by diameter difference. Qn: Now, is the tire specs with the LEAST diameter difference the best fit? Or is it more complicated than that? Ejelta calculated that 215/50-16 would have the least diam diff (-0.02%) but a local tire shop suggested 205/50-16. Pls advise! Thanks!
