Not sure if anyone of you uses the business internet banking platform of OCBC, it is not half as user friendly as the personal internet banking. Firstly, the business banking website can't even be opened using a smart phone browser, you can only do it via a desktop computer or a tablet. Once you enter the website on a desktop, on top of the user id, they will make you key in an organisational id before the password and once all that is done, you need to key in an otp generated by the token. They do not even have an option for them to send the otp to your phone. I have feedbacked for them to improve their internet banking eons ago but they are still sitting back and doing nothing. As for their phone app, it is crap and always hangs.
