  1. In recent days commuters in Singapore have cultivated the good habit of forming an orderly line before entering the train at the MRT station, but one auntie ups the ante by queueing -- with her grocery bags. Stomper Safwan spotted a middle-aged woman placing her grocery bags near the doors on the MRT platform yesterday, Jan 28, in a bid to chope her place in the queue before boarding at Ang Mo Kio station. According to him, she had placed her groceries on her floor before proceeding to have a seat. Other commuters, thinking it was some unattended bags, picked them up and tried to move them away or find the owner. The auntie then shouted from her seat, asking them to leave the bags alone and to put them back in their place. She told everyone she just wanted to rest, while still having a place in the queue. The Stomper said: "I find it inappropriate to do this as people might trip over if they don't notice the bags.." All the other commuters then proceeded to queue behind her grocery bags, waiting for the next train to arrive.
