  1. https://mothership.sg/2020/04/old-man-smoke-backwards-singapore/ https://www.facebook.com/712948954/videos/10157914081223955/ “Ever since this Wuhan virus, people are smoking their cigarettes backwards. A bit something wrong liao. Truly a master. Smoking the cigarette backwards, not many in Singapore do that. He must have some special skill. So clever of him. In Singapore, he’s considered to have special skills, to be able to smoke backwards.” Reverse smoking an actual thing If you’ve only ever done it by accident, you might be surprised to learn that reverse smoking in an actual thing in some parts of the world. According to a 1976 article in the Journal of the American Dental Association, it involves holding the lighted end of a cigarette (or cigar) inside the oral cavity: “Air is drawn to the burning zone through the unlighted end of a cigarette, and smoke is expelled back through the cigarette or out through the mouth.” While the smoke is not inhaled, according to the article, the ashes are swallowed. It is also apparently more pleasurable than conventional smoking, and allows the cigarette to last longer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Have you seem someone actually doing this? Will you try it if you are a smoker?
  2. WP's break thru at aljunied GRC is a huge step forward however i'm really sad to see mr chaim lost his GRC fight and also potong pasir, where he had served 27 yrs. wat sway the residents in potong pasir really buffs me. considering mr chaim had fight so hard for the past 27 yrs. end of the day, pple like WKS, MBT, RL, VB are still happily in their almost 3m/yr post wif no contribution to the country. and worse off, a certain kate spade lady is going thru by the B-system (mind u, not BUDDY but BACK-DOOR system) and she is going to be the voice for pple in MP GRC. for someone whom cant even handle a simple facebook account well, i haf serious doubt she can head the ward. but borrow a phrase from MM, voters has 5 yrs to regret and repent. hopefully by then, our fellow singaporeans could grow some courage (or rather balls) and put their words into action. lastly, good-bye to mr chiam. u're a true legend and a fighter for fellow singaporeans. i salute u and ur hardwork will not be forgotten.
  3. Today whilst visiting my relatives, I was stunned for words when at a multi-storey carpark, I was waiting for a car lot, the car in front of me moved out of his lot and was blocking my way. From that position, he engaged reversed and floored the accelerator, causing the Suzuki Swift Sport to wheel spin and ram straight in to the metal barricade behind. "CRRACCCK!!" That's what I heard. I was so freaked, I reversed away from the scene of madness. I parked my car in another lot and went to observe what happened, the owner was an old guy about 45-50, and he was observing the damage... didn't seemed to be bothered about what just occurred. The damage was a back wheel bent out of shape (there goes the chassis!) along with a huge indentation on the side of the car next the the brake lights, there were bit of orange coloured paint from the metal barricade on the car. I was freaked because in an instance it had reminded me of a scene in the movie, "The Happening" where the driver killed himself on intention accelerating into a tree. I thought it was happening right in front of me like in the movie.
