Dear all, I saw alot of .exe folder created in the folders. Is this caused by virus?

Realised that many drivers turn on headlight automatically upon entering any carparks, even if they are not covered up and are brightly lit up! Is it a old habit carry forward from yester-years? Were you given that piece of advice when you started driving? Just felt that it is not really necessary nowadays with most of the carparks as they are generally well illuminated. Really not logical and waste of energy. What do you think?

from LTA's page, clicking on the "Highest Vehicle Registration Number To Be Automatically Assigned" url turns up (for cars) -SGR9894A is it fair to say that if my SE sends in my documents now for finalisation, my car's registeration number will be higher than the above eg. SGR9895x, SGR9896x etc? or can still be a number smaller than the "Highest Vehicle Registration Number To Be Automatically Assigned"?
