Just to rant out some fustration. Recieved a pink letter for parking without coupon. That's for those who were not issue parking ticket the usual way but rather taking pictures. I was just 15 meter away from my car at the void deck of my friend's house around 1.30am. Saw the "auntie" checking for coupon. Since it was a quick errand less than 10mins and also I am quite near to my car so I on hazard light, 2 small front light and engine running. By right if the "auntie" wants to summon, she would have stand in front of your vehicle with their handheld device ready to issue tickets. The "auntie" saw me near to my car therefore did not issue tix the usual way by their handheld device therefore as usual, I presume that she is giving allowance. But NO...she wipe out a digi-cam and took pic. I din even notice she was taking pic as she was doing it totally discretely. Therefore, this tells me that even if the "auntie" dun use handheld device and issue the white tix, they will still use camera to do so without u noticing. Throughout the whole duration, I was just 15 meter behind my car at the void deck. No tix was found on my windscreen also. But after 2 weeks, recieved letter...WTH... This is my first encounter of such kind. Saw the "auntie" never issue tix by handheld but rather use camera. Even when I am so near to my car with hazard light, front small light on & engine running. See me there so never issue tix the usual way but take pic. Dunno whether can appeal successfully or not.

Hi sometimes need to park at circular rd near boat quay at around 11-12am the lots are full. Went to wait along double yellow lines (no zig zag not obstructing traffic). Do the attendents have the right to ask you to make one round and come back again? Enountered these quite a few times at this place?
