    Saw an accident today (7-May-2014) around 4.50pm along PIE, near exit 26B. From my view, involved two heavy vehicles. I wonder why the car with siren (police or atos?) didn't stop to offer assistance but sped off? Caught by in-car camera http://youtu.be/g8wA7Lb1tu4
