Hi all, Seeking Witness for Car accident along WEST COAST ROAD (AFTER JALAN MAS KUNING) The accident happened just outside Jalan Mas Kuning towards West Coast Road. Accident happened on 24/02/2015 08:45 I drive a small black Nissan Sunny and the other car involved is a Silver Mercedes who is now suing me for compensation of his luxury car. Due to the lack of integrity of the driver, I am now in urgent need of a witness. If you could refer to the sketch plan below, i was heading straight on the left side of the two lane road. The mercedes was on the right. The traffic light was amber, turning red. Guess the Mercedes driver could not brake in time, decided to trade sides with me instead of ramming into the lorry as shown in the second picture. Reason as to why i waited till now to seek assistance, wanted to drop the case as my car only has 9 months left. And the guys from my insurance company assured me that its a 50/50 case. Did not want to affect my Premium nor NCD. However recently just received a report stating that the other guy wants to claim against me. So wanted to see if anyone could assist me. Please, if you witnessed the accident, I am asking for your help to provide me with your testimonial. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I thought it will be good to start a thread on this given that many car dealers want to charge their so called "football' or 'admin' fee for doing the paperwork. I think it is manageable and would save a couple of hundred bucks if we understand the paperwork trail. I, for one, need such assistance from our bros here. I just managed to sell my vehicle. It is still under Finance. My buyer indicated he is able to pay me in cash. So these are the steps i adopted. 1. Called my finance company to find out the figure/sum for 'Early Settlement'. 2. Asked my buyer to prepare two Cashier's Order (Cash will be too much as it is in excess of 100Ks), one for the outstanding for my Finance and the second will be for the sum of (Sale Price minus outstanding finance). 3. After the above is settled, buyer needs to prepare a cashier's order payable to LTA for Transger Fee. This amount can be gotten from onemotoring.com.sg , 4. With the above done and cleared, both parties proceed to LTA. Prior to that, buyer and seller must fill up Form M01 - application form for Transfer of Vehicle. All NRICs must be brought down. Is that all, may I ask? What if the buyer needs Finance? How is it done? Let's compile the processes.

Yeah I know it is a mouth full, but recently I am the new owner to a Honda Civic 1.8A, 2007 model (hence i assumed it is the FD/ FN model?) The car still has the 3 year warranty with Kah Motor though it is ending in a few months. So far I already found a problem with the CD changer, which I managed to get it changed in Kah Motor without charges. Need to ask what other common errors or faults I should check so that I can get replacement with Kah Motor with no or little cost? The car is running smoothly, though when idling, there is a sudden knock (or vibration) the rpm meter doesnt move. I check with the Kah Motor technician, he mentioned it is normal as the aircon operating. is it true? Also when I stop at the traffic light, the brake pad will soften after a while, is this common? hi all, driving a Fit, I always felt that right front tyre is lower than the others..is it possible? what causes it? symptoms - when turning to either sides with steering locked...the car feels like rocking while turning. it feels more when turning on the right than left side... also, don alignment, balancing rotating...still the same... left front tyre - outer side have wear , the other 3 tires don't have... then after all the alignment, balancing rotating, changed of cmber nut on the front left.. 1month later the left front tyre show wear out on the outer side again... any idea why? thanks
