As above ... Met a SJE Altis (metallic greyish green) 3 cars (including mine at last) travelling at 120km/h on Lane 1 along KJE, with about 1 car length in between each other. Then I saw a fast coming Altis from rearview mirror. It tried to cut to lane 2, but a slower moving car was there, thus it cut back to lane 1 behind me. Then it cut to lane 2 again, but got close to mine at side. Next moment at 3/4 Altis length ahead of me, he signalled and cut in front of me. at 120km/h (some may say not fast etc) with abt 1 car length, I had to tap brake. But I gave hi-beam & honk. When I caught up with it at a traffic, I went towards it and told the driver how could he cut in just like that ... he said he signalled, and I only honk & hi-beam after he cut ... then the typical arguement errupted ... he then say he in rush thus no time to talk to me, unduly Singaporean. If want I can go report police! I told him signal means big deal and can go as wish ? So signal is really big F, that one can do anything after singalling? I took 2 pic of his lic plate, but unfortunately effort very blur. But I bet he could remember my plate as mine was much more easier to remember ... stay tune in MCF, for this "atas" uncle may put an complaint thread here against me ...

since so many people hate to see more red plate on the road... and after i got fine ($1000) and had found a new way to use OPC freely, after talking to the officer there! this is the only way LTA get OPC since police no more care about OPC! almost 2 year, i drive my OPC all the time!!! i drive to work in tuas, lunch in jurong point, IMM... or anywhere in the west, and home at clementi everyday. the trick is: . . . . . . . put a low vaule cashcard (lower then $4.50) into your IU! . . . . . . . yes i works 100%! LTA will get to know OPC drive when u pass their checkpoint... and then they will sent you love letter after that, which that is their prove as your IU number in their database (7am-7pm). so as long as your IU never beep beep (warning of low vaule cashcard) when u drive on the road (if beep beep then u may pass pass LTA checkpoint), you are safe! those real ERP is not helping LTA for now! anyway if beep beep then go back home faster pay $20! just to be safe. for all OPC owner and those who want to buy a red plate! just enjoy!!!! not to worry, there's not many checkpoint around mostly on the highway. so see police car or LTA car, nothing to worry also. all my friends (even some at work) also do this... we use OPC all the time, anytime. MUST MUST MUST remember to put a low vaule cashcard... even you know there no checkpoint... like me i everyday also put in... just in case... LTA set up new checkpoint :)
