Alpha Omega Nissan GT-R rewrites the quarter mile record

AMS/ALPHA Performance breaks the 1/4 record for fastest GT-R in the world with the Alpha Omega. Producing well over 2000bhp, the 4.0-litre big bore engine has its cylinder head CNC ported and runs its own custom turbo kit. Fully street legal according to the team, it does the quarter mile in 7.7 seconds with the help of a set of AMS 15-inch slicks. It crosses the line at a staggering 299km/h. Sadly more attempts to improve the timing failed even though the car had the potential to output more power as the weather proved too hot. 205/50/16 size damn good deal... thread looks good... tempted to buy a set and try it out! i saw west lake at circuit rd 205/50/16 $88/tyre but tyre looks ugly... i saw nexen 5000 i think at circuit road 205/50/16 $99/tyre.... but not as nice as this Alpha... Alpha's corner threads quite pretty... a glance looks like my T1Rs... Alpha is silica compound... shouldnt be too bad i guess.... anyone using can give comments?... the Neuton i asked around and goggled seems to have many negetive comments....

If you wished that the Prius could ferry more passengers, your wish could be coming true as Toyota has unveiled the first teaser image of the Prius MPV. While the company declined to release additional information, the MPV, which is possibly called the Alpha, is marginally larger than the standard Prius. This means we can expect a spacious interior with seating for up to seven people. Under the hood, power will likely be provided by the familiar 1.8-litre petrol engine and an electric motor. This should give the MPV a combined output of 134bhp. While nothing is official, look for a possible introduction at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show.

Hi , Anyone know which shop is selling the Mitsuba Alpha 2 horn ? Autobac is selling it for ~$78. I am quite sure outside shop should be much cheaper. Thanx.
