Beware! Double deductions of your cashcard value as you exit car park. On the 29th May, I was at ComCenter at Somerset. When I was at the exit gantry. It said no entry record. Hence, I insert my cash card to the reader but still unable to exit. I reversed to the other gantry beside this one and the same thing happened. Then the deduction was done but the barrier remained down. I called Wilson Parking and she said she would let me out. Just as the barrier was lifted up, the second deduction showed again from my IU unit! NBzzz, I then exited and parked my car at the roadside and went back down to call Wilson Parking again. She advised me to check my transaction history to prove the double deductions. Next day, there were no double deductions shown on my transaction history! However, I knew the value of my cash card and had also just topped up last night before I exited ComCenter. Suay Liao I thought. How to prove the double deductions if the history said otherwise. I called Wilson Parking again and she said there is only 1 deduction based on my cashcard transaction history and hence it seemed like I had no case here! Therefore, I called NETS and told another lady about my predicament. She advised me to fax her the transaction receipt and details about the event. I asked her if she could find out even though the history only showed 1 deduction? She said "yes", I went "Hmmm". When she returned with her investigation after I had faxed her. Viola, true enough there were double deductions! This is even though the history said otherwise! Then the Wilson Parking Technician said that this event is very common everywhere, and there is still no solution in sight! In conclusion, there seems to be the case of the parking vendors "makan" our money and not the other way round whereby they give us money! This is common as he said so. I smell a rat. If you are unaware of the value of your cash card but suspect something, you may think nothing of it as the history hides this scrupulous activities! Hence, I will like this to be make public to the media perhap and I need asisstance in this matter....thanks for reading. Max

Went to Jurong East Central to NTUC today at 2:15pm. The entire carpark was Jammed up, cannot go in nor comming out. Apparently the exit manual card reader was spoilt, so those foreign cars cannot insert their cash card into the exit barrier reader. (the automatic IU sensor is functioning and singapore cars were able to exit quickly) So all the cars jammed up. For a fooking 15mins the cars were jammed with no wilson personnel come and help. Somehow the exit barrie automatically open for the malaysian car to exit, maybe the wilson personnal just woke up and saw from his security camera about the stucks car at the exti barrier and decided to forgo one car fees. Slowly the cars began to exit and the entry cars were able to move up the carpark. Ok....finally went in can get a carpark at 2:30pm. Shop for one hour at NTUC. Thought the problem would be solved after one hour. BUT BUT The SAME fooking jammed is still there at 3:30pm when I was coming out. After getting stuck for 5mins, I went out to investigate. The barrier area was FREE of cars coming in or out. WEIRD situation? How come still stuck???? Due to the design of the carpark, the incoming cars are tying to move up the levels, while the outgoing cars are trying to move down the levels. So coincidently at that 3:30pm moment, all cars got into the stuck situation whereby non of the incoming/outgoing cars are able to budge. I don;t knwo how to describe it corectly, but think of a oval loop of cars, where all the cars are stuck in that same loop, not moving up or down. No one seems to want to give way or even able to reverse to give way as the cars are piled up. All the cars start horning for the next 10mins without anyone helping with the situation. Finally I was able to persuade a good natured incoming driver to break the Loop of curse and begged him to make a detour out of the carpark, thereby freeing my car and the rest of the cars going out. Thank you for your kind understanding! Feeking lousy design, this particular car park in jurong east central. Buay tahan.....wilson should have sent a personnel to jagar the carpark once they know the jammed has being created by their spoilt exit manua card reader.

For sure he is. Because of a $30 fine between this joker and URA, he wasted the reporter time to interview him and wasted my money buying TNP cos one page is wasted on devoting to his story. I rather buy Wanbao with Jack Neo sexual stories which made me horny. A luxury car owner has refused to pay a $30 parking fine, alleging that the parking attendant was biased in issuing the fines. Mr Wilson Ang, 23, parked his Mercedes-Benz SLK convertible in a lot along Circular Road, near Boat Quay at 8.10pm on 28 Feb. He was there to buy dinner for his wife and returned 10 minutes later to find he had been given a ticket for not displaying a coupon. He claims that his car was the only one in the entire row booked, although there were other cars that did not have parking coupons displayed. Mr Ang said: "It's not that I'm not aware that I have broken the rules. I just don't feel that the authorities should be biased when they are issuing tickets." He has also sent an e-mail to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, but has received no response. – additional reporting by Vinna Yip and Emily Wong, newsroom interns
