    I had a really interesting experience today. While driving in Watten Estate, I had to stop my car because there seemed to be a traffic jam right in the middle of the road. There were cars parked on both sides and turned the 2 lanes into a single lane width. One Kangoo van and a car were face to face with each other. Neither could pass. And both did not attempt to reverse so that the other could move on.
