  1. I heard about a vidcam which also acts as a portable projector which can show vid/pic instantly after they are captured. Any bro knows if its on sale already?
  2. Hope some bros are kind enough to share tips in choosing a value4money vidcam. This will be my first vidcam and I hope to do some shooting for cars / karts races ie zoom / 'anti-shake' / pause functions will be good (very) to have. If budget permits, big built-in memory will be a plus (say above 100GB).... another good2have: view finder ......... do i need zoom (optical) larger than say X20 since my hands are not that steady. Made a visit to Sony showroom recently to 'educate' myself on what's available. Will a budget of around $600 give me a decent one for the above purpose / function? any brand or model I should check out? For between $1200 to about $2800, Sony has features like 'projector' eg the cam itself can project the replay on any surfaces (white), but to have view-finder, the price shoots up to high 3k!! Canon seems to be better value4money according to my fren.......... ?? Is it advisable to forgo the 'still-pic' function, or 'sacrifice' high reso for still pics for hi reso for video?? (coz i dont mind take pics using a seperate still cam) Many thanks in advance
  3. I think the worst nightmare for every car owner is having their car scratch at carpark or kena stupid accident especially if its newly bought lor, worst case is sometimes accident is 50-50 without witness and car scratch by vandaliser using keys are even harder to nab. Recently, I saw this new vidcam sunglass product not sure if it would help in claiming when it comes to catching vandaliser or lame accident that shouldnt happen at all. Often when you're very careful or vigilant, accident still cannot be prevent especially when its side to side accident, even when its the other party cutting into your lane and crashing onto your side, it is impossible stop your car immediately to take pictures. So after both the car stop by the road side and if there is no witness the case goto 50-50. I'm thinking this product would be helpful lor. When that bugger cut into your lane and if an accident occur you could just press the record button, especially it allows fast real time recording. Easiser than fumbling to take pictures with your hp esp when it happen in a sudden, video is better in this case. 1.3 megapixel cam and weight only 39g
