found something very interesting during a weekend drink session, a lady SME boss join us and after a couple of drinks. she told me her secret on how she saved on CPF and Medicals for her employees. she is the owner of a media company dealing with children , what she would do is sack the employees every 2 to 3 months thus there wont be a need to pay CPF and only salary minus 20%( Employee Contributions) as she would tell the employee that it would be paid to CPF which she didnt do, her aim is to get new sales staff to bring in 1 or 2 customers during their stay and once it achieve would sack them immediately and she take over the account . for the editoral staffs, she would ask them to leave every 3 to 4 months so the publication would have constant fresh ideals i dont think what she is doing is right and hope that should there be any CPF board members reading this please look into such companies so as to stamp out such practises
