Some shopping centres allow lorries, delivery vans to park and do delivery for FREE. What about small business owers who ferry goods to shops via a normal passenger car? There was a time my fren tried to drive in but the security guard said cannot despite showing him the delivery order. i find them too rigid...must a delivery vehicle be a VAN or LORRY?

looking for part time unloading 20 or 40 footer container workers, only need to work when our shipment arrived to unload the goods and keep the goods in the stock. 1)male only 2)must be strong to work continue for 3-4hrs depend on how fast the unloading. looking for at least 3 ppl. $50-60 per person

Any one got an idea of above..ie maximum time we can leave the car in Loading/Unloading Bay. I checked the HDB site but cant find any info.. Anyone can share?

This thought just came across my mind. The other time I park my car at the loading unloading bay (LUB) I got a fine of $100, I wrote in and it was waived. Now, I knew that parking at double yellow line carries a fine of $70 and parking at LUB fine is $100. Below my flat, there are 2 lots of LUB while the rest of the area are double yellow line. So my question is, if a person takes a effort to park in LUB and is fine $100 but if he decides to anyhow park along the road (off course not blocking others) and he is only fine $70, then it is not fair to fine that guy $100 for parking in the LUB. What is your comments?
