  1. Did you guys knew about this? I read it from MkIIToledo of Delphi/Seatsg. Seems like it will be a long way to Gul Ave for viewing of Skoda cars in future, unless Intraco rent or buy a smaller showroom. From BT online... "THE single biggest asset in Intraco's liquidation of Intra-Motors - a 2,500 sq m showroom at Kampong Ubi - has been sold, nearly three years after the former Rover distributor closed shop. Cycle & Carriage Fulco Motor Dealer, an agent of Cycle & Carriage Ltd, has paid the option to purchase the property vacant from the receivers. The current tenant, Skoda agent JTA Motors, is moving out by April. Neither C&C Fulco nor Cycle & Carriage would comment on the development, but a source said the deal was transacted at 'well below $5 million'. Intra-Motors claimed to have paid $10 million for the premises in 1996."
