Anyone keen to change all the interior lighting to LED For their Skoda?

Anyone selling? Got a friend looking for one ....but sadly... none in the market.... except for an Octy 1.6 which has been advertised on SGCarmart for months ... He's looking for an Octy or Superb (preferably TC-ed :P )

See today's classifieds under Volkswagen section... Octy A5 and Fabias for rent at $1700 and $1400 respectively for a month... Abit on the high side I reckon

Skoda taxis are still a rare sight, compared the Toyota Crown taxis. Yet recently, I have been seeing many broken down Skoda Superb taxis being towed away. Just today, I spotted 2. My neighbour who drives one told me of the many rattling sounds in the cabin too. Are continental taxis not tropicalised to adapt to local hot and humid weather? * No offence to Skoda owners

just wondering... is the warranty given for Skodas bought under Czech Auto still valid under new company, Cars & Cars ?

I was just checking out the prices at the Motorshow. (the show was a complete rip off btw) Octavia A4 (Old Model) - 59K Octavia A5 (New Model) - 69K As a reasonably high quality continental, the stand alone prices offered does look quite ok to me. Most continentals (Ford/Opel/Citreon/PG) of the same size and spec cost about the high 60K to mid 70K region anyway. The VW Jetta is probably going to set anyone back in the the high 80K or even low 90K region...so the Octavia at 70K - looks OK. IMO.

Happy Weekend to all, last night I was watching some old show, XXX - Vin Diesel movie about an extreme sport rebel being recruited by the NSA to infiltrate a Eastern-European terror group. In one scene, the car that Vin Diesel's character, just arrived in Prague and was sitting in a car that was being assorted by two agents to a safe house, they were actually sitting in a Skoda Octavia Tour, manual. Before discovering about Skoda carsin this forum, I can walk past one and be oblivious to it, but with now I can spot one quite far away.

Hi, That day happen to drive by Loyang Villas and noticed two BLACK Skoda car parked along the same internal road. One Fabia and the other Octavia. Wonder if they belong to anyone here.
