Anyone having this problem? apparently i just cross 50 yrs old and this came along. about a month ago i was doing some exercise consecutively for a few days, and i believe due to the wrong posture and suddenly one day the shoulder having sharp pain and couldn't lift up beyond shoulder height from certain angle. The pain persist for a week, tried rubbing and doesn't help. went to polyclinic and now waiting for an appointment to see a physiotherapy. Google more on frozen shoulder and can 99% confirm i have it. For past 2 weeks trying to relax and loosen up the shoulder, it get very painful in the evening after 2 'not so painful' days, the cycle repeat. Funny thing is i can really feel the stiffness as if it was 'frozen' in certain part of the shoulder and front chest. Any way to ease the pain or relief the stiffness?

Due to the pandemic, ERP charges were suspended for some time. With the pandemic under control, ERP charges have been reinstated with a heavier price...literally! And for this group of motorists, they decided to pull a stunt to save the extra dollar: What Happened? A group of local and Malaysian motorcyclists, in addition to a pair of heavy vehicles, decided to pull up at the shoulder of a slip road towards an expressway to save themselves a couple of dollars by avoiding ERP charges. As the heavy vehicles were oversized, they obstructed the path of other motorists entering the expressway and slowed traffic along the slip road. The cam vehicle travelling on the slip road towards the expressway was undoubtedly frustrated at the inconsiderate acts of these individuals and blasted his horn at them while driving past them. Back in those pre-pandemic days, waiting at the road shoulder for the closure of an ERP gantry was a relatively common sight, especially in places where ERP charges can be as costly as $3 per entry. However, this trend died down when ERP charges were suspended due to COVID-19. Now with ERP charges back in operation, would we witness more of these inconsiderate acts? Netizens' Comments Quite a savage comment if you ask me😰 No thank you, sir! Avoid ERP charges, just to kena summon😐 ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news, and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. Join us today!

Twice spotted 2 cyclists on the road shoulder of AYE towards Jurong.in the mornings around 0715hrs. Best of all, they are cycling from Clementi Rd exit towards NUH ... yup, against traffic. And not to mention, they are side by side and have a nice conversation by the looks of it. Was really surprised. Will post some pictures or videos next time.

Poor guy did not even know his shoulder epaulettes were pinned upside down... Just curious why his course mates or anyone passing by who had served did not point it out to him. From STOMP: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg...pside_down.html Posted on 04 Feb 2012 Oops! Newly-commissioned SAF officer wears his shoulder ranks upside down STOMPer Xin sent in a photo of a newly-commissioned SAF officer -- only thing is, his shoulder ranks were upside down. Said the STOMPer: "I took this photo from facebook, there are lots of comments by netizens on it. "It shows a newly-commissioned SAF officer wearing his ranks upside down on his shoulders. "He and his family looks like they are from China." Although some netizens on facebook felt this was disrespectful to Singapore and that the officer should have checked, others felt it was an honest mistake and should be forgiven; with his squad mates held responsible for not alerting him: "I feel sorry for the guy. Whatever it is, local born or not, he's earned his rank. If his mum pinned the epaulettes on inverted by mistake, well it's an honest mistake. Whatever it is, she looks proud of her son so I say let them have their deserved moment without ridiculing them. "All those who trolled here probably are not officers and are just quick to comment... The rank epaulette is affixed by family members and in most cases the officer stands at attention and looks forward and does not look down at his shoulder.. Lets face it, how many people look down at their own shoulders??? "If we should blame someone it should be his squad mates around him for not realising and telling him!!!"

This morning I was caught in the ECP jam towards AYE. I was on the left most lane. There were a lot of cars who actually went on the road shoulder (hope that I got the term correct. Basically they were driving on the left of me while I was already on the left most lane) to overtake everyone and then try to squeeze back. It was very irritating. I was in half a mind to get my wife to video them down and send to the traffic police. Do you think the traffic police will take action against these cars if I really did that?

This is hilarious: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singapor...nt.jsp?id=13226 Young punks nowadays very brave... Looking at the comments by some people, I laugh till my teeth drop onto the floor... People always blame the girl when the blame should fall squarely on the shoulders of the guy (pun intended)...
