CNA, Yahoo, ST haven't report anything on it. But it seems like the boom was so loud that people at Jurong East could hear it too

My new work place is in tuas and in between two shipyards. Worried about sandblasting bits. Can those be removed by using a claybar? I have seen people covering their cars with those car covers. Automotive shops sells them between $24 to $100. Are those effective? Some friends say that it is better to not cover their car as these covers causes scratches. Any advice except it may be troublesome keeping when it rains?
