  1. Hi, will like to find out on a auto box. Will shifting gear from Park to neutral without the engine fired tp be harmful to the auto gearbox? And how abt starting/ warming up the car in the morning in neutral gear instead of park gear? Reason is tat i'm having some wiring/sensor issue with the auto gearbox and having problem starting the car in park gear. Waiting for sept school holiday so tat I could leave the car in the workshop to rectify the fault. Regards

  4. Hi, I was told that CA is shirfting their showroom to another new location next year? Anyone can verify this? If it is true, than I beleive we will see more action from CA next year and they might bring in some new model...hopefully the Skoda Roomster. Really sad on the way CA is doing business as Skoda is such a good car but affected by the market strategic of the company.
  5. Info On Colour Shifting Paint The concept of this type of paint is different in that it uses LIGHT REFLECTIVE flakes/crystals in a CLEAR LACQUER PAINT to give u a rainbow colour effect when light shines on it... the BASE COAT APPLIED beforehand is what determines the "FIXED COLOUR" of the "reflection" ... it is also one of the reasons why even going over a HUMP in the road will cause the car body to "change" colour from a one colour to another dramatically due to he angle with which LIGHT bounces off the paint... if it was a "pearl" or "iridescent" paint, the colour will stay FIXED... you can only see a "sheen" or "glow". Thats what makes this chromaflair paint so unique. Chromlusion is a DUPONT brand. CHROMAFLAIR is the ORIGINATOR of this "technology". Here is the list of CHROMAFLAIR approved brands: BASF: Extreme Colors Dupli-Color Mirage DuPont: ChromaLusion Glasurit: Fantasy Colors Kansai: Spectroshine Paints Nippon: Maziora Paints NOF Corporation: Illusion Colors PPG: Harlequin Colors Sherwin-Williams MultiTones Valspar/House of Kolors: Kameleon Kolors A good website that SUMMARISES how this whole colour shift came abt is at: http://carmodeler.net/archives/csp.htm Thanks to Tron for sourcing the above information.
