  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrO3TfJc9Qw Monday blues are almost over, so.. Shall we do it? For Singapore... Instead of 6.9M of FT/Ws, isn't it better to have 6.9M of Singaporeans? Or at least, more than 75% Singaporeans so we don't feel out of place in our own birth place?
  2. Subject: Shall I go 185/55/15 or 195/55/15 for my FL06? Yesterday at 4:24 pm Gonna change away my LOUSY Hankook Ventus ME01 next week to Michelin Pilot Sports 3. I am still procrastinating between the 2 mentioned size. I am on aftermarket 15" rims upped from stock 14". 185 scared too small then wheel arc too big, 195 scared too big then consume petrol, Used 195/50/15 and it's too bumpy, 195/55/15 pick up too slow which I am using now, How How How?
  3. opinions needed.... My S drive (205/45/16)got a nail near the sidewall few months ago and was plugged... so far so good.. it didnt leaked.. As of now...i have neutron nt5k back (30%) and front S drive (60-70%) i was thinking of wearing my S drive and change to 4 at one time in a yrs time... however im going genting 2 months later with my family... i was wondering whether i am putting them at risk.... max speed (150km/hr) there are options i exploring 1) rotate front / back as mine is FWD (make sense?) 2) change 4 but look for cheaper alternative like KU31 3) rotate front / back and change 1 pair of S drive... 4) dont bother, travel slightly slower.... 5) others??
  4. Hi all, question as title. I was considering buying a new car for my family since my kids are about to go to kindergarten which is near my office instead of near my home. I was told to buy a new car because the warranty and service save a lot of trouble. Plus I've been told by a few colleague who own cars that generally cars older than 4 years start to have all sorts of problem and warranty is also about to expire then repair bill and such is a pain. I do see the majority of my colleague change their car within 5 years. on the other hand, I was told by some other car owning friends that for a new driver, better get a 2nd hand car to polish the skills first. It's not the accident but the small bump here and scratch there that cause wallet damage for new drivers. therefore driving 2nd hand car won't feel so sad and can even live up with some scratch and wear and tear on it. And buying 2nd hand also means can afford better (bigger for more safety) car with the same kind of budget or even less. Not sure which is more true here. Any advice? many thanks!
  5. With 83K, shall i buy new Auto WRX impredza (hatch back) or 2 year used Volkswagon GTI?
  6. As above, a light-hearted poll to see who will do what with the car for a day????
  7. Hi guys... This Wed weekly meetup...where will it be? At Nasi Padang or at Balestier?
  8. Question.... Somehow or rather, u antagonize another driver. He/she cuts into your lane, suddenly jam his/her brake, forcing you to e-brake and sending everything in your car flying forward. He/she then moves off, winds down his/her window and gives u a middle finger. If somebody tries this stunt on you, what shall you do? What if I slammed into him? In insurance terms, I got to pay everything, sigh!
