  1. Hi, question to you Gurus in here. Looking to create a detailed maintenance schedule for my superb. I am not looking at when to send to car for servicing but what needs to be looked at each service. I don't completely trust the "outside" workshops. I have heard diffrent things from different workshop when I enquired about my coming 60K service. Not so much that they add "extra" services that are not required but more afraid that they leave something out that will detrimental to car. Thanks Lamy
  2. Anybody here who stick to a consistent detailing schedule (etc once every 2 months clean leather seats, once every 4 months wax etc)? Or mostly just do when got time and/or dirty already then clean? Me trying to be organised; but sometimes tired, lazy, no time to follow schedule.

  9. Hi to all, I'm new to this forum so hope all bros here can help out with my queries. I have been trying to seach for a maintenace schedule that give us a guideline as to when to change engine oil, oil filter, timing belt, ATF, brake pads etc. As I'm just a novice car owner, information like these are useful to have as a general guideline. It would also make us more "intelligent" to make a decision when workshop start telling us this or that to change. As basic car owners like us who probably visit workshop one or twice a year who don't really know for certain when changes are necessary and also more important the fair prices. I also see many bros here posting queries from time to time asking when and what at 20,000 or 50,000 questions. So I guess such a schedule is useful. I also understand different cars have different requirements, so I suppose the guidelines can only be generic ones. Some folks would also says refer back to owners manual to check but the manufacturers sometimes specified their own brands of products. As consumers, what are other other cheaper + better alternatives? We could also update the schedule to include expanding choices. Just wanna know anyone would find this useful to have or perhaps having a schedule like that already and kindly share with all. Thanks cssua
