hi all, my size is 195/55/15. currently using ST115. Realised that i need to change 2 front tires - uneven wear and tear. the 2 rear ST115 still can used. I have plenty of reviews/comments about other tires like GR80, GIII, Pilot, C-Drive.... etc etc... i'm thinking of not getting ST115.... back side itchy, want to try other brands. my question is which tires i can buy, to match my 2 ST115? in terms of looks, performance, and of course PRICE! and what tires have my rim size? I dun want to end up 2 new tires and put together with ST115, the car looks kinda funny.... machiam misfit case.

Hi Brudders, Just wondering if anyone know where Falken ST115 is manufactured. Is it only in Japan? Or got OEM one from Thailand? Coz for my tyre size 195/55/R15, ST115 is usually about $120 or so. But recently I've been calling around and realised that ST115 now....can be bought at $80 for 1 tyre for my car's size. Why is it so cheap recently? Or maybe it's just that shop? Coz I checked another shop and it was retailing at $100. Got chiong one from Thailand issit? If so, how can I tell? Thanks for any advise.

As above. Why you choose it? Which is more performance oriented? True or False?(Stamford has a report on ST115 and CSC2 and they have the same rating)

I am currently using Falken ST115 and I can say that the gripping power for both dry and wet road are very good but just that it is a bit noisy! But now somehow seems that the tyre more noisy than before and I don't know is this normal and is this a sign that the tyre need to be change as I never keep track how long I have been using liao!

Hi All, Been considering changing my wheels to the Momo M1 since I saw it in Torque Magazine sometime back... My front right wheel was scratched by my wife yesterday in her attempt to park the car closer to the kerb and away from next car which the driver has inconsiderately park out of line....(but I would have circled the carpark and parked farther away in such situation...but not my wife...sigh... ) Anyway the rim was scratched. Not very visible but irritating to me... So I called up Stamford Tyres and the lady was very helpful in providing info and recommendation. She suggested that I use back the rim size ( 16") and change the tyres to Falken ST115 (R16 50 205). My current is the Yokohama Aspec DB. The list price for the wheels and tyres are $305 and $183 per piece respectively. But she will offer to me at a package price of $1600 (all inclusive) or I can op for the wheels and keep the tyres at $1100. I am new to upgrading and was wondering anyone has any commets on the prices? How is the performance of ST115? Any experiences (good and bad) with Stamford Tyres? Thanks for feedback in advance.
