    Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Met this Hyundai Avante from yishun going to CTE, with his high beam on the way. It was so bad that even after flipping down my anti-glare rear mirror, his head lights are still super powerful, much more powerful then those big vehicles! really lighting the entire road up. Noticed a young guy behind the wheels after he overtook me. So most likely is forget to turn off. & I wonder, technically speaking, is this consider as road hazard or not.. haha..
