Hello. I am on Sony head unit and speakers, JBL amp and subwoofer. Recently when driving sound on right side would go out suddenly. It can be resolved by cranking up the volume very high and back down to normal volume again. However the sound on right may go out again, randomly, on the right side after that. What may be spoilt? Fuse? or is it a spoiling head unit? Thanks

Hi Guys, This morning side mirror got hits by a Goods Truck and one of the side mirror cannot open up anymore. The mechanism inside have broken as it's causing some gear noise on one side of the mirror. How much will it cost to replace the side mirror with led side indicator and spray paint. (White) I want Original Parts ... Any place which I can call up for a quote? Thanks Guys ~

Folks, I am not a wine person. In fact, I don't even drink beer. I have this bottle of D.O.M benedictine wine which has been lying in my house for quite some time and decide to open to try. The taste is a bit too strong for me and oops... I remember I have a mild hypertension issue as well as a minor GERD/ acid reflux problem. And I suddenly recall that alcohol might not be too good for my health. Do you folks drink this and has there been any significant health benefits or concerns? Thanks for you inputs!

I had a small accident today. My mazda 3 side mirror back cover is peeled off and broken. Anyone know how much does it cost to replace it? Also other than going back to Mazda, is there any alternative? I don't think this is covered by warranty right? Thanks

Anyone installed SUV side steps? Besides for the elderly any other advantage? Does it protect your car when neighbour opening and hit into yours? What else to consider? Truly Maintenance free? Cost? Where to install in Singapore? Anything to share

My Honda car, side mirror will fold when car alarm lock. Unfold when car alarm unlock. But today the folding failed. It stayed in the open position when I lock the car. Even I manually pressed the fold/unfold switch in the car, also cannot fold the mirror. I don't think suddenly both mirror motor can spoil at same time. So it might be the third party auto-fold module is spoilt. But then even if spoilt, the manual switch should still work separately. I did not move the wires, so I don't think the wire might be loose(most likely the reason). Before I send in to the workshop. I wish to seek your comment n experiences, on this matter. Thanks.

Hi Forumers, I do not have a GPS and would like to seek you valuable advise here: 1) Is the best and shortest route to Kuantan via H3 OR via Yongpeng/Segamat trunk road? (How many KM frm woodlands) 2) Where is the best place to stop for a nite before hitting up to Kuantan? 3) Which is the best route from Kuantan to Melaka? Isn't via Segamat? Last wk just drove to Cameron Highlands but had a nite stay in KL before heading up to CH. Thus, I'm worried that to drive all the way up to Kuantan would be too tedious?? Is the experience on driving on NSH and Route 3 very different? MTIA :)

Hi all, I am not sure whether this has been discussed before as I cannot find it in the search function. I wanted to find out where can I install or buy some sort of door protector to protect the car being bang at car park lot by irresponsible car owner and passengers, and tight parking lot. I am not referring to door guards but door protector to cover the doors or something. Damn pek chek already, rear passenger door kana five times with the last one end up with a dent and a paint scratch. Went to respray that costs about $300. Car not even 6 months old. Hey anyone know where to repair the front bumper for Nissan Latio? The right side end of my front bumper came off. Can see the holder for the nut had broken, that why it's came off. Heard this quite common to Latio owners.

I am driving a MPV and when doing parking at a dimly area, difficult to see the parking lot marking lines on both sides. The reverse lights are not bright enough for such purpose and only shine at the rear. I had seen MPV's installed with LED light at both sides of the rear wheels mudguard and when they engage reverse gear, both side lighted up and can see the side lines of a parking lot. Any brother here got any shop(s) lobang to recommend for installation of LED light on rear wheels mudguard. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, Anyone know where to repair auto flip side mirror, one side of the mirror not working. Workshop told me to replace both side mirror with respray at $400 plus. Not sure if repair option is available in the market?

I'm helping a friend to ask since he doesn't have a forum account. Is there any reliable (and cheaper) workshops in the west side that deals with Mitsubishi? He is driving a Mitsubishi Lancer EX 09 model. I wouldn't say a workshop specializing in Mitsubishi since they seem rather rare now-a-days, but he is looking for one after getting chopped by C&C and hearing horror stories from another friend whose workshop did not detect an oil leak for him. Thanks.

ok. the last time i drove an Avante, it was rented and that was like > 3 years ago. i now got a new ride, an 09 forte. i find the mirrors a tad narrow as compared to my old ride. i was wondering, if any brudders here ever replace their side view mirrors for their Forte before. ever wondered if the Avante side view can be used on the Forte?
