this morning while turning into the MSCP slope, accidentally scratch the front bumper against the wall. no dents but there are white paint marks on the front bumper roughly the size of a 50 cent coin. will Scratch X be able to remove the scratches completely? thanks in advance

Some of the workers resurfacing the floor at the void decks near the carpark splashed a few drops of cement onto my car. Didn't realise it at first cuz I was at home the whole time. By the time I saw it the cement already dried up and harden on the paint. Is there any way to remove it?
