From what I observed from maps, North South Highway seem to be broken into two parts. The lower half of the highway will end somewhere in the south of KL, and the upper half will continue somewhere in the north of KL. Please correct me if I'm wrong. How do I continue my journey from Singapore to Penang this way? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi bros forumers, Need some advice regarding spalling concrete and paint flaking in my kitchen. Have engage the town council maintenance people to take a look and was told that my neighbour on top had a leaking water pipe.....which causes all this spalling concrete and paint flaking......and was told that i need to pay 50% of the total bill to repair this. But the thing is that even my kitchen cabinet was damaged by this incident and also there are mould which are growing at the false ceiling in my living room.....now at the loss on what to do ....any advices would be appreciated.... I went to one motoring website to check on the road tax regarding a second hand car I am going to buy soon... but i notice there is something like an outstanding road tax of a lesser amount ard $200+ including a new renewal (due october)... is there such a thing call outstanding road tax? i will try to do a screenshot what i see later in the morning cos one motoring website maintenance now.

helo guys, some doubts to clear.. i rented a car last yr june and got into an accident.. lorry driver was unhurt and claimed to settle this privately and after which he went to car workshop and some fellow sent him to get medical certificate and ask told him how to claim gao gao.. and after a month i got a call from the rental company saying this fellow went to claim physical damages + medical claims which amounted to 20 over thousands... i koe this i have to lan lan suck thumb.. i paid the rental excess of $8000 for them to claim over the insurance frm AXA.. tht lorry driver get law firms to send claims to AXA.. i ytd found this insurance fraud online http://www.straitstimes.com/BreakingNews/S...ory_632799.html i was wondering if my case was in there too. i called the rental company but they ignored me.. is there any ways to solve this prob in hoping to get bak some of my money if it's a fraud to my case? thanks in advance

Hi bros & sis, Like your kind advises n knowledge Got this 20 yr policy from ***** in yr 2000 States in yr 2008 will break-even But till now every yr statement comes Surrender value always off by 3-4 k Will u keep paying or surrender if no need the coverage? Is it true that it will never break even , dun even say about gain then? If eg yr 13/14 market is very bad If this co were to close shop Are we protected by Mas or it will be 0 value? Tks

hi all brother and sister in mcf just want to ask that when we tinted the head light and fog light to purple , green or blue and tinted tail ligght to black when going for every year inspection to renew road tax will it pass??? like picture below HEAD LIGHT & FOG LIGHT HEAD LIGHT TAIL LIGHT (BLACK) will the tp catch if we tinted the head lamp and tail light??? Hi all, Incredibly, my wife had just now lost our car key together with the remote control for STW 1000. She lost the one with the LCD display, and we still have the other smaller remote control and a spare key. The danger is of course if someone finds the key/alarm, that person can simply unlock and drive away the car. Is there any way to reprogram the the remote and the car, so that we can continue to use the smaller remote control, while rendering the lost LCD useful? Is it necessary to change the car's lock/key as well? tks. -
Cause I recently went to a party at my friend's house. Took a can of Tiger beer (330m can not big one). I am just wondering can if be considered drink and drive? Cause I am somewhat sensitive to alcohol so my face did felt warm. It subside after around 1 hr (took some coke and plain water in the process as well). Left my house around 2hrs after I finish the can. I felt perfectly normal. However, I don't know how much alcohol is there in my blood. Thus I wonder if I can be consider drink and drive? The law only state the alcohol in the blood but never state how many cans you can drink. I just wonder would a can of beer cause anything?

Guys, Just hear about it today that, actually there are some Workshop in singapore offer to sell Warrantly on a year basic for those like Imported Car and those after 03 year of warrantly. Any Forumer here try it before and any bad feedback from it? Like in the events something really spoil and they refused to change it? Thank you.

i intend to do minor mods to my exhaust system but need some help before i proceed,iam driving a manual car. 1.if i install sideplant before my catylic converter,is there a need to decat? 2.if the sideplant is in closed mode with stock catylic converters,will it still sound like stock or slightly louder or much louder? 3.will decat be a better choice over sideplant? your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am looking at second hand cars and I've been searching for the longest time how certain values are derived. Example, Second hand Honda jazz selling for $40000, 3 year old car. OMV:14000. COE:10000 I understand that the parf benefit is derived by multiplying 110% to OMV to get the ARF ($15400) and multiplying another set of percentage depending on the age of the car. Since the car is only 3 years old, so ARF remains at $15400. COE will be (84/120) * 10000 = $7000 Thus, the COE+PARF= $22400 NOW! I really don't understand where does the extra $17600 (I minus the PARF (15400) and COE value(7000) from the asking price of $40000) come from?! I heard that for Japanese cars, if the above value (asking price - (parf+coe)) exceeds $9000, its deemed overprice. Any bros can clarify and teach me these basics? 1)What and how does the extra 17600 bucks come about? 2)What is a reasonable value for a honda jazz/ toyota yaris? Please enlighten me. Regards!!

Recently i have signed a contract to buy a honda, and i will be trading in my car, and the price they offered for the trade in is lower than the deregistration amount, which i understand from my friend, it shouldnt be. Contract has already been signed. Few days later, i was flipping through the paper, and saw that there is any dealer who is offering a much lower price, and i contacted them, and the trade in my price for my current car was much more higher. I intend to cancel my contract with the first dealer which i signed, but they are charging me a penalty for that. Loan was not disperse to them yet, and they dont allow me to cancel it. They are saying that either i pay the penalty of 5k or its a court case. What you guys think i should do? Should i pay? The loan interest that the first dealer has secure for me is so much higher than the second dealer. Therefore i has decided to purchase my car from the second dealer. but what should i do? fight laywer case? or just bit my mouth and pay them the 5k? Pls give me your advise, i am at my end... dunno what to do anymore. -

Hi ppl... Got a question which i hope u can help me with... Situation is Person A has a company and a commercial van registered under his name. Due to the fact tat he doesnt always use his van, he decided to rent out his vehicle to Person B at a certain price per month. Question is wat must Person A do in order for the insurance to cover Person B as from now Person B will be the one mostly driving the van? Sorry for the long question bros... CHEERS!!!
