Folks, Getting old and can feel that health starts to fall apart. First it was heel spur, then followed by occasional kneel cap discomfort and now could feel the pain of heart burn and acid reflux. This heartburn sensation has started to bug me more frequently than it used to. If you folks happen to know of any effective remedies which work well for you, would appreciate your sharing. Is there any off-the-counter supplements/medicines which we could buy at Guardian? *Sigh* Looks like it's time for me to start preparing a will.

hi guys. i've been having problem with gastric reflux for a few years now. been taking meds to control it. but no permenent solution. just wondering if anyone has any idea of a long term cure for it? TCM etc? thanks in advance.
