Got something very urgent to feedback on United Premas..............who is the highest person regarding parking enforcement..............they only show the email to contact centre

Does United Premas have authority to venture into HDB estate and issue summon. I parked my car at the "Power Block" below my flat, had always done that and no issue so far. Yesterday got a shock of receiving a summon from United Premas Does these bugger have the jurisdiction to come into HDB block and issue summon. I thgt these are under the preview of Town Council and Fatimahs usually come! And it's $100 [sweatdrop]

Hi, today along the road after parklane my car had some problem engaging clutch, so i moved into buslane ard 5+ pm and turned on my hazard lights. I parked along the stretch where there are alot of indian stores selling clothings and one eyebrow plucking shop. Suay suay hp low batt, so went to look for payphone. 3mins later I walk back, this white ant start taking picture of my car with his digicam (supposed as proof to summon me later). I tried to appeal to him but decided not to waste my breath as he sound ya ya. He said he will consider but its inconsequential to me because I don't trust him la. Anyway long story short, before LTA even send me the letter I would like to write in my appeal already. Anyone knows the email address for me to write into?
