After doing a search on the forum, I found most people using NWB and a couple of very good review on the PIAA. As I will be back in SG for a couple of weeks, I am thinking of getting some replacement wipers for my car. Any recommendations? I am not 100% clear on the price but from what I gathered, 1) PIAA = $100 for a pair 2) NWB = $20 for a pair If they both wipe as clean as the other, what is the generally life span like? I came across someone using a PIAA for 3years (on the forum) but not sure about the NWB. The car is garaged and hardly under the sun. I would think the "shelf life" is more important as I would like something that can last a lot longer if it is not subjected to weather rather than something that will just deteriorate regardless. So if the NWB requires changing every couple of months regardless, I would definitely get the PIAA. I also noticed that apparently the make of car affects the type of wiper to used. Like wiper A might work for a Japanese car but might not work as good for a European. So for that matter, I will be getting a set for my wife's New Beetle and a set for my 17 years old Nissan. Thanks!
