  2. Hi, Had just changed car battery. The previous 45AH batt registers 14.2v on the voltmeter while the car is running. The new 60AH batt shows only 13.9v. Could this happen because of oversizing of the battery? Any deterimental effects?
  3. My friend bought a 2005 Honda CRV with 25,000km mileage 3 mths ago. The car came with 235/50R18 rims. Consequences: 1. Tyres have rubbed rear wheel arch when going over bumpy roads with full load. 2. His shocks are leaking and need replacement. He is now looking for the orig rims and wants to fit the orig tyres. Is the orig rim size 205/70R15? Where can he get the orig Honda rims for CRV? 2nd hand ones are fine.
  4. Hi Guys/ Gals, I am contemplating to buy a RIM + tyre from my friend whom profile is slightly bigger than the stock size. Case: Stock - 175/70/13 New Rim - 195/55/15 The difference in the diameter is about 3.5%. I know the speedometer/ ODO will reflect 3.5% slower too... May I know what will happen if I go for such a change? 1) Will the tyre rub against the Fender? 2) Braking prob? 3) Alginment problem? 4) Causing the axle to wear out much faster? 5) Any other implication to the car drive abilty?
