Hi any guys using Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval? Firestone is basically Brdgestone, like Lexus as to Toyota. Why i ask is because i know of one guy recently purchased a set of Wide Oval 195/55r15 at $75 per tyre! the price is madness. i think 205/50r16 should be less than $110 so its much cheaper than alot of tyres out there. any guys knowing this tyre can feedback, thanks!

Ford Brings Back Blue Oval Logo Three years after ditching the blue oval as its corporate logo, Ford Motor Co. is bringing it back for its centennial. The No. 2 auto maker removed the blue oval from atop its letterhead and headquarters in Dearborn, Mich., in early 2000, claiming the logo no longer represented the full scope of Ford products. It was replaced with a "Ford Motor Company" signature. On Thursday, Ford said it will unveil a centennial version of the logo on June 17, the company's 100th birthday. The new logo will adorn the company's headquarters, known locally as the "Glass House." "This action is far more than changing a sign on a building," said Jan Valentic, Ford's vice president of global marketing. "The Ford oval is a powerful symbol, recognized the world over as an icon of the company that put the world on wheels." Valentic wouldn't say how much the move would cost the company, only that the amount would be minimal. The company will replace the signature logo that adorns only a couple of buildings, and is asking employees to exhaust their supply of business cards and stationery before ordering ones with the new logo. The new oval adds shadow effects to the old one. It was designed by a London firm, The Partners, in conjunction with advertising agency J. Walter Thompson in Detroit, Valentic said. A survey by CNW Marketing Research said 78 percent of people questioned recently recognized the oval. In 2000, it was listed as the second-most recognized logo globally, following only Coca-Cola. The blue logo hasn't been completely erased from Ford's image. It still graces the rear of all Ford brand cars and trucks, like the Focus and F-150 trucks. Some had argued the move to the scripted logo helped encompass the company's more upscale brands, like Jaguar, Volvo, Aston Martin and Land Rover, which each have their own logos.
