  1. Currently, a lot of cars with semi auto transmission have the orientation of : Push up + Pull Down - A few cars comes with reverse orientation of Push up - Pull down + Which one do you find more natural? Maybe I drove manuals before, I find the reverse orientation more natural for drivers. Any views to share?
  2. Does orientation of ATF cooler matters during install? I mean the inlet/outlet ports facing top, side or bottom. I am looking at this B&M ATF cooler that has a self regulating/bypass feature in the first 2 plates nearest to inlet/outlet port. 1st & 2nd plate bigger orifice, cooler/thick oil will bypass rest of the plate. Hot/thinner ATF goes on thru rest of plates. I wonder if orientation affects this feature. Is it actually possible to overcool the ATF in SG/MY climate? My car actually have an ATF cooler already (cooler type, not go thru radiator type). But I feel that it is more suited for stock car application, furthermore it is sited between AC condenser & radiator with a terribly hot engine bay. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks.
