  1. Just want a quick check to see which solar films you guys are using? VKool: http://www.v-kool.com.sg/ Huper Optik: http://www.huperoptik.com.sg/ NanoLux: http://sg.nanolux.com/ Cool n Lite: http://www.coolnlite.com Feedback on quality and pricing as well. Thanks!
  2. Hi Bros Orderd a stream from KM recently and offered "special price" $489 to install window film for all glass. Can choose RiteCool or Nanolux. Needs bros to advise which is better. The SE says Ritecool is better. Also, is price really "special"? Thanks!
  3. Hi guys, just wondering if this brand of the solar shield is good? It is part of the so-call freebies coming out from the sales fella's pocket when i purchased a new car juz a week ago. The sales fella says lifetime warranty, etc while others only around 3 years, blah blah blah. So experience ppl out there has any comments whether if this is good?
  4. Hi Any bro out there who tried the so called NANOLUX (www.nanoluxfilms.com) ? Any feedback? It's a cheap version of VKool
  5. Actually I'm back at the office. Sun2Hot at PSB Bldg is doing it. I know some JB afficianandos are going to slam me for this but I like the convenience of doing it in SG itself. Cost is 560 inclusive of GST because of my itchiness for greater heat rejection. OK the ran the VLT meter over the stock glass and this is what I got: All sidelights and rear windshield is 80% VLT. Front windshield is 85% VLT. I'm opting for Superlux 70 for the front and Nano 60 for the rear. Superlux 70 has heat rejection of 75%. Nano 60 has heat rejection of 50%. I would have preferred darker tint behind but the best heat rejection is Nano 50 also at 50% but the darker tints up to Nano 40 is 36% heat rejection. So darker not necessarily mean better heat rejection. Lifetime warranty.
  6. Just spied this product selling in Home Fix DIY. I went to the Nanolux website: http://www.nanolux.com/. This is an excerpt of the company:
  7. Hi, Anybody had tried any of the above thermal film? And which one do you think is better in actual and paper performance?
  8. Hey guys, Nanolux is back in Science Park. Installation I think by V-Kool guys. TOh Guan that shop seems like their contract finish. It is on Straits Times last Friday. Saying that toh guan is no more their distributor. HEy guys, if any one wants to do up nanolux dun get connned when u call up toh guan. Their hotline is still on 1800-nanolux. USING NANOLUX?

This question has been posted before in January this year by Presea (i think) but there has been no response by anyone who is using this brand of solar film. Maybe now there are some amongst MCF land who have installed it. If so, please let me know which one you are using and whether it is any good since it is much cheaper than V Kool and Huber Optik but is claimed to be essentially the same quality without the middle man and hence the price. Cheers,
