Any bros out there know where are the shops that does undercarriage neon lighting that are durable and water proof? maybe we can make a list and the damage we might be expecting. Also I i guess if the shop can do undercarriage they can do floor board too right? many thanx in advance

I have 2 neon lights, given to me by my brother from his PC. It was in the PC but it caused heating problems n remove it. Using a 3s2p li-poly batts, the neon lights lighted up. Using my car batt, the neon lights lighted up. Then I connect it to my car boot lights, it did not light up...
