I am extremely apprehensive about painting a brand new or near brand new or whatever classy expensive cars people have MATT BLACK However i am respectful of views of others, so people who do that, do enlighten me on why. 1st of all, it's a waste of money. 2ndly, the paint will spoil very quickly 3rdly, dirt and grime hitches on very easily last but not least, it's quite ugly duncha think?

Lately I notice a new trend, more cars are spotting the matt black look. Most of them really looks good, except for one MPV which I spotted in Compass Point carpark. I wonder where can this be done and how much it might cost for a Civic - or for that matter would it look good for a Civic? And then what are the pros and cons? And bros in the know can share?

I recently started using the FibreShine Microfibre Washing Matt and found it to be a lot better than the sponge I was using previously. But the biggest headache I have with the Washing Matt is the cleaning up afterwards. Some of the dirt get trapped really good in the microfibre and its a pain to remove it. Rigorious rinsing and scrabbing dun get rid of the dirt completely and I have to resort to using a tweeter to remove the dirt. Is there a better way to get rid of those trapped dirt??
